The home is only 5 feet wider than a single parking space! How is this helping Lakewood’s housing affordability crisis?
Zoning reform is another Lakewood handout to developers. Somebody is not telling the full truth about the benefits of zoning reform. Are there ANY benefits? Name one, Lakewood. Just one.
